Bill Bloom is a Marine Corps veteran who built a career in finance after his service — with roles at Bank of America, Capital One, and PNC before becoming a Senior Loan Officer. That path gave him two things most loan officers don't have together: a banker's command of the numbers and a veteran's understanding of what a home means to a service member and their family.
Why veterans and first-time buyers
The VA loan is one of the strongest benefits a service member earns — and one of the most misunderstood. Bill focuses on veterans, active-duty service members, and first-time buyers because those are the people most often talked past instead of talked to. He teaches through webinars, TikToks, short videos, and in-person lunch-and-learns so the process is clear long before anyone signs anything.
